Where do I start?

Well it has been a very busy few days! Egg Retrieval went well, I asked Dr Shivani to suck out as many eggs as possible as this is our last shot at surrogacy. It is an expensive project as we all know, and with having no eggs frozen from last time it also is not an easy thing to be away from my family doing IVF in another country!
My studies have suffered due to all the adventures I have been up to so when I get home I will have a bit to catch up on!
Ok drum roll for the egg count...................................................................................................................................... We got 9 out and 8 Fertilised. Not too bad for an old chook! Lol!
So we are very happy with that!
I have the biggest swollen stomach since egg retrieval and it is a little painful, but nothing I can't manage AND I have put on nearly 5 kilos......YIKES..... but who cares as long as the eggs turn into babies!!!

Also went to Jaipur in Rajasthan it was AWESOME, so glad I went. Next time I want to take MB and Jay.
Hope you enjoy the pics!!!
The Wind Palace in Jaipur was built for the women from the Royal Family to "people watch" without being seen.
The beautiful Amber Palace just outside Jaipur

Many people choose to ride up to the Amber Palace on top of an Elephant. We drove, I think I have had enough of Elephant rides for awhile.
Stunning garden inside Palace
Bad pic of Water Palace in Jaipur
Feel the fear and do it anyway. Ok that's the last time I want to do that! I even touched the Cobra. the guide and Rahul assured me they had been milked of their venom but they still scared the living daylights out of me!!!

  5. Great results! That's a phenomenal fertilization rate! See...and you were worried! :)

Jaipur is absolutely stunning...we hope to get there when we come from baby pick up in April, God willing. We also didn't have any eggs worth freezing from the last try, and are thinking about what we can possibly do in the future--don't think we can afford another cycle, self or donor, so we totally understand the "last shot at surrogacy" anxiety. Praying hard for a BFP for you!!!

By the way, the cobra picture scared the pants off me, and I wasn't even there!!
