We are all so in love

Yesterday we were surprised to see little Kai under the lights for jaundice he looked like he was at a tanning salon! This morning he is much better and we even got to take him back to the hotel. So today was a day of Firsts for Kai......it has been a very very long 5 days! Today was the first time we got to hold him with our tubes and wires, the first time he had clothes on, the first time we could kiss him, the first time he went in a car, the first time he had a blanket on, the first time he was wrapped and the first time I got to feed my baby!!!!!! Oh and first time on Skype to say hello to his family back in Australia.

Check up Monday, to review Kai's jaundice. Tonight the passport photographer is taking his pic, good luck with having his eyes open, he's not to keen on the old eye opening business yet!
I am so in love with Kai it is like having a teenage crush, I can't stop smiling!!!

Mum has been brillant and Mb is soooo happy now Kai is better, Josh has been a very very protective big brother, he wanted Kai to sit next to him on the way home and he just couldn't take his eyes off of him! Rahul drove us to the hospital and dropped us back to Svelte, he just loves J and kept stirring him and pinching his cheeks and tickling him!! Indian men just adore children, even big teenagers like J! It melts my heart seeing J so clucky!!!!

Our visit yesterday was a bit of a shock but after speaking to the Doctor we were happy Kai would be fine.

J had the best burgers of his life (so he said) at the Leela Palace last night. We celebrated Kai's impending departure of Eden Hospital in fine style
