I'm not ready for christmas. I'm not ready for Jay to start high school and I'm not ready to hand in my essay's due next week.
Does anyone else feel this year has gone so fast and they just can't believe it's nearly Christmas AGAIN!!! I feel like I just got rid of the Christmas Tree and it's nearly time to purchase another one!!
Sometimes I feel like yelling, "Wait, I'm not ready!" Please just pause everything for a bit and let me catch up!
I cannot believe Jay is 13 and I can't believe he is off to high school next year. My baby is not so little anymore and I'm not so young now either!!
When I had Jay I was only 23, a spring chicken!! Now I feel more like an old chook!!! I think if I do try again next year I won't be that young mum, I'll be a "mature" mum. It dosn't bother me, I think it's probably better to have a little life experience and a few lines under the belt! I was thinking how quick time has gone and it's kinda scary. I would dearly love to have another child or two and hope I will saviour the time more as it's sooooo true how quickly it goes!! One minute they need you to do EVERYTHING for them, the next they don't want you to anything because your........ well...... your a little embarrassing!! EXCEPT for providing money I guess!
Rene keep your chin up and I hope that you are just having a few bumps along the way and everything turns out well. Bernadette thanks for checking up on me, I'm ok. Kathy best wishes for good news!!! Temmy keep blogging otherwise I worry something's wrong! Jill, I hope all is ok??? Margarida I loved chatting to you today, you made me laugh and gave me another way of looking at things.
I was worried that others will give up HOPE hearing my news, PLEASE don't give up hope, please blog good news it helps others look to the future. The bad news helps us feel WE ARE NOT ALONE, and I'm sure everyone wants to be there to support whatever news there is!!! I miss India and can't wait to go back, hopefully, in the new year!
Ok I better get back to study, Christmas shopping and teenagers!!!!

ReplyDeleteBec-keep your chin up and we will meet again!!! and yes, we must plan a trip to India early next year!!!! Besides, I have no one around here that can cut my hair...that place you recommended was the bomb...too bad it's 8000 miles away!!! I dread the high school years!!! My 11 year old is already embarrassed by me; I can only imagine when she gets in high school!!! Take care, and I hope to see you soon! Rene'
