I am so lucky to be part of this surro family. You have all been so kind and caring. Your comments made me cry, smile and ponder. Thank you to all of you, I just love you guys.
I didn't want to be the bearer of bad news when there was so much good news going on. But as Margarida said, people need to hear my story. Many of us have struggled and fallen down and as Bernadette's proverb said its about standing back up. The standing back up is what shapes our character, makes us empathetic towards others and makes us more resilient. I have not had a storybook life but I have always been pretty happy that I am fairly strong and the older I get the more I realise how strong I am.
With all this said I also know that I need a little break. I will be back stronger than ever, but right now I want to finish my studies for the year, clean my house up (we had a little flood again only one room though), help my son start his first year of high school and just enjoy not wondering and worrying what's happening in with my eggs
I am looking into options and plan to try again feb next year. That's my plan!! I want to say a huge thank you to Meg for listening to my ramblings and opening up the doors after I thought my journey was over. Margarida for her lovely email and offers to help. Stacey for giving me great advice as always, and listening to me cry. Kim for chatting to me and giving me her wonderful advice and sharing her journey. Rene thanks for caring and being there for me. Suzie and Ben for that wonderful comment that made me cry because I DID think it was my fault and I really needed to hear I wasn't the only one blaming myself.
Temmy for the emails and sharing her thoughts with me. Lisa who I would love to contact me took time to leave a gorgeous comment whilst going through a terrible time herself. Sandra for the lovely emails, and reaching out to me. Kathy for cheering me on and I wish you a BFP really soon! Sam and Phil for being so lovely and cool, And EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU who really helped me pull myself out of the fog and look for other options. I want you to know every comment helps and is so appreciated.
Thanks to all my family and friends, all my beautiful new surro friends, I truly love you all. Doug your bloody hilarious!!!
